One of the several parties going on last night on our island included a celebratory bash put on by Dior Beauty to celebrate Tinsley Mortimer's cameo on Season Two of Gossip Girl. The guests looked on top of the world on the Empire Hotel's rooftop, and even Tins' hubby Topper showed up to support his gal.
