Attendees of the Maison Valentino F/W 15 show this morning were in for a serious surprise. In perhaps the most dramatic runway takeover to date, Human League's "Don't You Want Me" suddenly came on and the lights brightened to reveal none other than our favorite supermodeling duo, Derek Zoolander and Hansel themselves! Zoolander and Hansel, a.k.a. Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, took to opposite sides of the Valentino catwalk draped in fabulous dusty pastel trench coats and what seemed to be patterned silk pajama suits. Zoolander served up some major blue steel and Hansel pouted like a true professional as the two faced off at the end of the runway.
In true Zoolander fashion, Derek then proceeded to grab an iPhone from one of the audience members and take a selfie mid-walk, while Hansel, not one to be outdone, whipped off his coat with appropriate theatrical flourish. The audience was on their feet before the show had even ended, delivering a storming standing ovation, though something tells us that it wasn't only due to Valentino's design genius. Fingers crossed that this outrageous coup makes the final cut for Zoolander 2!
