October 23, 2013 - Christening Gown
At three months old, Prince George was christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury in the Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace where he sported a christening gown made by Angela Kelly (the personal assistant and senior dresser to the Queen). This gown was a replica of the christening gown made in 1841 for Queen Victoria's first daughter, and it did not disappoint. Sporting the most perfect chubby cheeks and rosebud lips as "accessories," Prince George looked absolutely perfect clad in delicate Honiton lace and white satin.
