Last Wednesday in San Francisco, The InterContinental Hotels & Resorts hosted the second annual Ultimate Culinary Clash. Part culinary student cooking competition and part scholarship fundraiser, the Ultimate Culinary Clash brings together the winners of four regional Culinary Clash competitions to face-off against each other. This year's contestants represented the InterContinental New York Times Square, Mexico City, Cleveland, and San Francisco hotels. The competition was judged by eleven accomplished culinary personalities including Todd English, restaurateur of the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel's Ca Va Brasserie.
