    Despite the cloudy, rainy weather these past few days, the weekend forecast promises sunny skies and scorching temperatures. The long-awaited summer weather means swimsuit season is well underway, so what better way to get in shape for the beach than with yoga (especially since a regular yoga regimen not only tones muscles, but increases flexibility and improves balance, sleep, immunity, and posture)? The Quogue Library is offering a $5 yoga class Saturday morning, and the Hampton Bays Public Library is holding a session of hatha yoga on Monday. So, what are you waiting for? Get your butt to the gym--I mean, the library.
