Sure, it's illegal but so are j-walking and public intoxication. Nara Dreamland, a knock-off Disneyland, closed down in 2006 after Disney Tokyo stole all its customers. If you can duck the cameras and security guards this is guaranteed to be the coolest amusement park you've ever visited.
