The Plaza

The Plaza
The Plaza's most well-known claim to literary fame may be as the home of Eloise, the little girl who ran wild through the famous hotel, banging sticks on doors and waking up hotel guests. But The Plaza also hosted a non-fiction hero of literature, Truman Capote, who held his Black and White Ball there in 1966 to celebrate the publication of In Cold Blood.
