Located just south of the Sri Lankan capital, the Mount Lavinia Hotel is a stunning restored English colonial mansion-turned-hotel along the Indian Ocean. The on-site restaurants offer cuisine curated by the internationally renowned Master Chef Dr. T. Publis Silva. Chef Publis is regarded as a fine dining pioneer within the country, and a culinary ambassador for Sri Lankan cuisine outside its borders.
We enjoyed a selection of flavorful curries, dahl and traditional rice.
