Calling all meat lovers: Olympia Provisions is run by a group of salami experts (yes, that's a thing). There are two restaurants, the Southeast location was originally a salumeria and grew into a destination for refined, European-style dishes. The Northwest location is a great place for happy hour, live music, and dinner alike. You can't go wrong either way, if anything go for the charcuterie boards.
