Saint Petersburg, Russia
It's generally considered that Moscow is the vodka capital of Russia, and Saint Petersburg is the beer capital. Baltika is the most famous beer, and you can see bottles on tables or in the street at any time of the day. Saint Petersburg's Nevsky Prospect, considered the Champs-Élysées of Eastern Europe, is lined with 24-hour restaurants--mostly sushi, oddly enough--which are filled with chain-smoking, beer drinking folks. So amongst the serene architecture in a city that inspired the finest of Russian writers, there is no shortage of places to rock the night away.
The Dumskaya ulitsa is a street of small, very crowded, very crazy bars. From hip-hop to house music to Russian pop and rap, you are truly partying like a Russian, most of whom prefer drinking in the street.

Mishka is considered the best hipster bar in Russia. With a menu in Russian and very little English spoken, it's always packed and the entire bar is a make-shift dance floor. But those are just appetizers for the real parties.
Metro Club is one of the top clubs in the world according to several ratings, and claims it gets up to 10,000 visitors a month. Each one of the three floors are loaded with beautiful people who like their vodka and the beer from Metro's private brewery. And if you want a nice USSR club, try Underground, an unused bomb shelter, and by the looks of it it's obvious why it was unused. It claims to be Russia's first techno club, and the face-control at the door makes it a place to be seen.
