GofG internships are set up to give you a solid learning structure of the DC cultural landscape in fields including but not limited to: Online Media, PR, Fashion, Marketing, Tech, Social Media, etc. Our goal is to provide you with the most integrated experience possible to help you find future paid work in your area of interest, whether it's in writing, photography, event planning or PR. Interns must have their own computer and DSLR camera.
Editorial Interns: Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
-Editorial fact checking -Event coverage -Photo tagging/post tagging -Editorial errands -Writing
Qualifications and Expectations:
-Minimum commitment of two articles per week -Excellent writing skills, independent work style, minimum supervision -Excellent research, writing and communications skills, a firm grasp of grammar -Proficiency in computers -Interest and knowledge of DC nightlife, fashion, culture.
Undergraduate-level students preferred.
