My first gasp (literally) worthy moment came when I felt the light brush of crinoline breeze against my Halston gown. I turned around to see Nichole Norton in a stunning vintage 1940’s dress. The authenticity of the dress was evident by the voluminous tulle and crinoline skirt that fell perfectly to her ankles. The length and volume of the frock was a welcomed and unexpected shift from the mass of trained ball gowns, which made it all the more charming.Nicole Norton
