Et Voila!
This Mother’s Day, Et Voila will add a few specials to its regular Belgian and French brunch fare. Guests can dine on featured dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller with DueS beer; Buratta with organic yellow beet carpaccio; halibut served with ramp risotto and roasted green asparagus, or the grilled trout with crab custard and a corn and shitake mushroom beurre blanc.
