This really shows my love for you, reader. Acqua Al 2 (watch your pronunciation, it's Italian) has been a favorite of mine for quite a while. It is a rare breed that I introduce to the Italian restaurant but I think you've earned a treat. There are only three Acqua al 2s in the world (Florence, San Diego, and DC) so whenever you're near one, you better dig in.
