Beuchert's opened in February/March on Capitol Hill, and features a heavy foods menu of bone marrow, lamb, pate, rockfish, steak and more, whipped up by Chef Andrew Markert from Food Network's Chopped (and Hook, Citronelle, Tallula and others).
