Beuchert's opened in February/March on Capitol Hill, and features a heavy foods menu of bone marrow, lamb, pate, rockfish, steak and more, whipped up by Chef Andrew Markert from Food Network's Chopped (and Hook, Citronelle, Tallula and others).
They also grow their own vegetables on a farm off-site. For a real culinary adventure, join them Tues/Thurs for their Chef's Table tasting menu.
