Celebrity Chef Todd English opened his new restaurant, MXDC, in downtown DC (next to The Hamilton) last night. Pretty much everyone was there, from Mark Ein and Michael Saylor to Kate Bennett. The upscale eatery serves up some creative takes on Mexican food, like jalapeno grapefruit magaritas and crab guacamole.
Chef English told Guest of a Guest:
"Mexican food is so fun to play with. It's hot, it's cold, it's sweet, it's spicy, it's crunchy, it's soft."
