Did someone say absinthe? The latest lounge and bistro in Adams Morgan certainly did! Libertine will boast about 30 varietals of the liquor as well as craft beer and other cocktails. Brent M. Sick will be taking the reigns as executive chef while Lauren Whitledge of PS7 worked on the food and cocktail menu. The restaurant opened on July 9th.
