nopa Kitchen+Bar - 800 F Street, NWnopa Kitchen+Bar, which is actually short for North of Pennsylvania, just opened this week and is generating tons of buzz. This industrial-meets-rustic brasserie next to the Spy Museum is the latest from restaurateur Ashok Bajaj, the same guy behind Raskia, Bibiana, Ardeo/Bardeo, the Bombay Club and others.
