Offered on the small plates menu at both the Clarendon and Foggy Bottom location, what the Mac & Cheese from Circa lacks in portion size, it definitely makes up for it with cheesy goodness. The perfectly blended cheese sauce is topped with breadcrumbs and cheese's BFF (in our opinion), bacon!
