Dining Specials at The Federalist and Postscript
Until April 14, the Federalist and Postscript restaurants at the Loews Madison hotel will have cherry additions to their menus.
At the Federalist:
- Cherry Bounce cocktails (house-made infusion of sugar, brandy and fresh cherries)
-Yoshino cocktails (Cherry Bounce with Disaronno Amaretto, roasted almonds and cream)
At Postscript:

Sakura cocktails (Jim Beam Red Stag, brandied cherry reduction and Szechuan buds)

Wild Blossom cocktails (44 North Rainier Cherry, peach nectar, Schichimi and lime)

For Lunch: Warm Wilted Salad of Smoked Duck, dried cherries, wild mushrooms, hand rolled pasta, roasted shallot vinaigrette and Firefly Farms Cabra La Mancha Goat Cheese ($18)

For Dinner: Duck Carpaccio ($15), a Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin ($28) and a Classic Cherry Clafoutis ($9).
