Luxurious living is coming to 14th and U next year, as Louis at 14th continues to build, promising fine touches a young Louis the 14th would probably like in an apartment: a rooftop pool, outdoor movie screens, fire pit lounge areas, fitness gym, full-service concierge, and underground parking.
Vendors within the building will include Wydown Coffee and Trader Joe's. Yes, that's right, a Trader Joe's will be coming to U Street thanks to Louis!
Turns out the building will be dog friendly, too. The company launched a Facebook Dog Contest earlier this month, where the best dog photo can be voted on via their Facebook page.
