by Kendall Hymes · July 11, 2013

Dr. Sachiko Kuno and Dr. Ryuji Ueno became famous over the last couple of years for buying up two of Georgetown's largest and most historic mansions: Halcyon House and Evermay. This summer, they invite Washington’s elite and musically conscious to take in the grandeur of Georgetown’s Evermay estate while listening some of the world’s best up and coming musicians in their Overtures concert series.

The series features award-winning, world class performing artists, and is hosted by the couple's pet charity: the S&R Foundation, which supports talented and budding artists and scientists.
