When Washington weather decides to fluxuate from a rainy Wednesday, a 60 degree Thursday and a below freezing Friday, its hard to keep those winter blues at bay. Nevertheless, the neon trend is having a full showing this year on campus even before the spring flowers start to bloom. While some would definitely advocate for neon everything, a good way to ease into the trend is to start with vibrant accessories to brighten up a solid outfit. So ladies (and daring 'gents) put those LBD's and boring basics away for now and head on over to M Street.
