Georgetown students are known for their effortless preppy looks and some were baffled when Georgetown was ranked the 10th Most Hipster College Campus by "College Magazine" in December.
While Georgetown is certainly not going to become a hub of hipsterdom, many do like where this is headed. Students are definitely looking to embrace their so-called "ironic" preppiness by frequenting the myriad of vintage stores on M street, developing a now top-rated radio program, and securing a rank as one of the most vegan-friendly small U.S. schools. Any excuse to wear flannel with khakis, right?
