What: The Majestic will serve brunch from 11 AM to 4 PM in the intimate 85-seat main dining room and at the bar.  Guests can enjoy classic American bistro staples along with brunch items that share a touch of Mediterranean influence.  Executive Chef/Proprietor Gaby Hakman’s new menu includes dishes such as the Beet Cured Salmon with crispy potato cakes and horseradish-dill crème fraîche; Oatmeal Fixin’s with avocado toast feta, za’atar, tomatoes, herbs and poached eggs; Fried Chicken & Waffles, cheddar-chive waffles with red chile-honey butter, Dutch baby lemon, ricotta and blueberries; Majestic Breakfast with fingerling hash, served with smoked bacon or turkey sausage; Cheese Polenta Poached Eggs with sautéed greens; Breakfast Sammy with fried egg, smoked bacon and cheese; Roasted Veggies with chickpea schmear, harissa, Turkish salad and cumin yogurt; Chicken Panzanella with spring vegetables, ricotta salata, Meyer lemon and herbs.  For the perfect beverage pairing at The Majestic, brunch-goers can enjoy craft cocktails such as Blackberry Herb Royale with Prosecco, blackberry and rosemary syrups; Life’s A Peach with Prosecco, mango and peach syrups, as well as the Vitamin A with Royal Combier cognac, carrot juice, ginger beer, angostura bitters and lemon juice.
