Just like the hot spots themselves, the hospitality mastermind behind these venues has also quickly become the most popular guy in town. One only has to chat with Scott Parker for a few minutes to understand why; aside from being friendly and engaging, he has a vision for how the Virginia hospitality industry should be and is actively on the front lines making it happen (without taking himself too seriously).
