Other details: On Wednesday July 30th, DC's hottest new beer hall opened it's doors to DC social scene. Sauf Haus Beer Hall held an VIP media preview that invited the who's who of DC to come drink, eat, and mingle on the beer hall's 18th street rooftop. The upscale tavern features a 2000 square foot patio and two floors with full bars and event space and is inspired by traditional German Bier Garten’s. Guests enjoyed an open bar featuring, directly imported from Germany, local craft and European beers on tap, and an authentic menu that included Bavarian style pretzels, Bratwursts, and Frankfurters. The media event for the beer hall began at 5pm and lasted until 7pm, while the VIP event began around 7pm and last until 10pm.
