Cawthorn is the owner and CEO of his own real estate investment firm, SPQR (which is also an abbreviation embraced by white supremacist groups) and apparently its sole employee. He's done motivational speaking, was training for the Olympics at some point, and is engaged to fitness influencer and CrossFit champion (what even is that?) Cristina Bayardelle.
