What: Summer House Santa Monica
Where: 11825 Grand Park Ave, North Bethesda, MD
Why we love it: We had a recent girl's night out in the newly developed Pike & Rose apartment and commercial development and had an incredible dinner at the Summer House Santa Monica restaurant. The decor definitely transports guests to the luxe and laid back vibe of it's namesake and serves up a delicious menu of dishes including caramelized brussel sprouts with pancetta; wild mushroom enchilada; fresh sushi; and handmade pastas; as well as craft cocktails like the Palm Fizz with aromatized wine, apple, lemon, prosecco and rosemary; and Apple Old Fashioned with bourbon, allspice dram and cinnamon.
