Who Will Be The Next Washington "It-Girl?"

Many people may argue Katherine Kennedy is the true "it-girl" of D.C. and not Ashley; she has proven that you don't need to be "from it to run it." This southern California native starred in MTV International's Blonde Charity Mafia, she's beautiful, and counts the city's most successful entrepreneurs among her closest friends. She is essentially the face of the Prevent Cancer Foundation and does some pretty glamorous things, too: last week, she accompanied STILA cosmetics to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and she's a staple at many glittery galas around town. One of her current projects is recruiting 50+ people and $10,000 for the Prevent Cancer 5k. She's been in a serious relationship for the last year, however, so she's not exactly the most dateable on our list.
