Nival Salon and Spa recently added a new luxurious pampering experience to their menu, just in time for Inaugural Balls: The Bvlgari Experience. The experience combines Nival's salon expertise with Bvlgari's beauty products, resulting in a distinctly European look, scent and aura.
The Bvlgari Experience launched exclusively at the Bvlgari hotels in London, Tokyo, Milan, and Bali, and now Washingtonians can experience it in Chevy Chase at Nival.
The Bvlgari Facial ($140) is a deep cleansing facial customized for all skin types that includes steam, exfoliation, extractions, and hydration--and is light enough to show off a few hours later (mild redness). Choose between the White Tea or Green Tea scents for the neck and shoulder massage. A spritz of Bvlgari perfume at the end makes the scent last all evening.
Ask for Tyson Cox at Nival Salon--he likes to add European facial elements like extra hot towels and a Tesla wand, a tingly electric wand that zaps dead cells below the surface.
The Bvlgari Masssage ($140) incorporates Swedish massage techniques, using long gliding strokes to increase circulation and melt away tension. Clients can choose between the White Tea and Green Tea lotions to heighten relaxation and soothe the senses.
The Bvlgari Blow Dry ($100) uses Bvlgari shampoo and a calming scalp massage. The hair is washed while sitting on Nival's massage chairs, and then styled to perfection by one of our award-winning stylists.
