This past Saturday, Jennifer Lawrence and her gallery-director fiancé, Cooke Maroney, celebrated their engagement the only way America's chillest sweetheart and her artsy beau would: in Brooklyn.
But this was no Bushwick loft party. The happily betrothed couple, who got engaged in February, reportedly rented out the entire River Cafe on Brooklyn's waterfront, a favorite spot for proposals and one of the city's most romantic restaurants.
According to Page Six, stars including Emma Stone were in attendance, and guests were treated to bites like Mandarin duck, along with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge.
As for the bride-to-be? She donned a pink dress by L. Wells Bridal, which was actually made to be a wedding gown. Can't say she wasn't on-theme.
