Jin Ramen Shop
Earlier this year, Harlem welcomed the first ramen shop to the neighborhood. Jin, is the real deal, featuring house-made broths and hand-cut noodles. The simple menu offers only appetizers and ramen for now, but the four partners plan on expanding to a few other Japanese staples like curry rice, and rice bowls. We recommend the Tonkotsu pork broth with tender cha shu slices of pork that come on top of the ramen noodles.
