Miss Stevens

It's a telling time in your life when, while watching high school dramedies, you find yourself relating more to the young-ish but still confused teacher than you do with the emotionally mature, wiser-than-thou students. In Miss Stevens, American Horror Story alum Lily Rabe perfectly encapsulates the growing pains of adulthood as an authority figure who plays chaperone to three students on a weekend trip. While there's tangible tension between her and Billy, played by Timothee Chalamet, their relationship thankfully avoids veering into a weird (and illegal) territory, but more so a role reversal of mentor and mentee.
