Ladies and gentleman, the time has come to present my final verdict on which city kicks the most ass. (Drum roll) And....it’s a tie. Berlin & NYC are both equal meccas for culture vultures. Do I still have my heart in NYC? Endlessly, but I’vealso fractioned off some of it for my Berlin badboy.
