Bacchus House
Sean wasted no time finding suitable accommodations for his lavish house parties, Tom Ford-designed wardrobe, and mounds of techy gadgets, for sure. He purchased the $20 million Bacchus House, a townhouse in the West Village that he had previously rented for $45,000 a month. It’s been the site of many a house party (and tea party), including his 30th birthday bash, where he invited 800 guests.
