Would You Wear The World's Largest Pearl?

Probably not. Besides the fact that it would most likely break your neck if you even tried to put it on a necklace, it's also pretty darn ugly. Your grandmother, however, would love it. The recently discovered clam pearl was found by a fisherman in the Philippines 10 years ago, who, unaware of its record-breaking value, had kept it as a good luck charm. Coming in at a whopping 34kg, it could be worth up to $100 million and easily surpass the former record-holder, the Pearl of Lao Tzu which weighs only 6.4kg (how #basic). Impressive, but we think we'll stick to the world's largest diamond, thanks.
