Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie
What You Need:
Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups–
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbs coconut oil, melted
2.5 tbs maple syrup/liquid sweetener
Peanut butter, microwaved till runny
Your favorite pie crust
For The Filling:
1 sweet potato, baked and cooled (about 200g)
1/4 cup coconut cream from the top of the can, or greek yogurt if you don’t mind a non-vegan pie
2 tbsp maple syrup/agave/liquid sweetener of choice (or to taste)
1/2 tsp coffee granules
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash cinnamon
2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
3 tbs soy milk
