SAY WHAT? ICE CREAM THAT DOESN'T MELT?!
Ah, imagine actually enjoying ice cream without having to worry about it melting… Sigh… A girl can dream… But wait, our dreams came true. Recently, scientists in Britain (#bless) discovered a protein called Bs1A that attaches to air, fat, and water. If integrated in ice cream, this prevents any form of melting to occur (woo!). While it’s going be another three to five more years until melt-resistant ice cream is a reality, it's going to be well worth the wait.
