I don't know too many Israeli soldiers, but from what I've seen, they're pretty hot. If the all-around good looks of Israeli soldiers has anything to do with the Israeli Army diet, I recommend we all try it right away.  The Israeli Army diet, which was popular in the 70's, lasts for 8 days and only works for short-term weight loss. Here's the diet: Days 1-2: Eat only apples Days 3 - 4: Eat only cheese Days 5-6: Eat only chicken Days 7-8: Eat only salad That's it. You can only eat apples for the first two days, and only each food listed for the rest of the days.  I could really get used to days 3-4, but I don't know what kind of cheese they serve in the Israeli army that helps you lose weight...it must not be the calorie-laden brie.
