Dark Chocolate benefits

There is no such thing as too much chocolate. Once you swap out the milk for the dark, health benefits of your little indulgence skyrocket. A perfect snack is a few squares of raw, dark chocolate with 5-6 almonds. Dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa contains iron, fiber, copper and potassium. That doesn't mean you should opt for chocolate over a banana post-workout, though we won't stop you from a chocolate covered banana at any time. [Photo via @abigail_fitness]
