Shopping for antiques is one of my favorite past times, a hobby handed down to me by my parents and their countless weekend trips to scour for furnishings to mix with our modern appliances. Looks like I missed a good show this weekend, Beryl was there to capture this Antique show put on by the Bridgehampton Historical Society at the Corwith Homestead, (2368 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton). Here's what she had to say:
Despite the dismal weather forecast, the annual Bridgehampton Antiques Show once again delighted treasure seekers. Dozens of exhibitors highlighted rare finds like signed paintings in addition to kitschy conversation pieces. There was something for everyone and surprise of surprises, the prices were reasonable!
