½ cup Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
1/4 cup simple syrup (recipe follows)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons of sugar
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
