While you may have spent a hot second dabbling in the art of kneading and baking and sour dough starting this past year, chances are you never reached your fully risen potential (and yes, that was a yeast pun). Gail Watson, however, took her pandemic bread making and turned it into one of The Hamptons new best kept secrets!
Having worked for years as an award winning wedding cake baker, followed by a career in nutrition, Gail took up her latest venture in August of 2020, launching GW Microbakery & Kitchen.
Each Monday, the brilliant baker releases a fresh new menu of loaves (her Everything Bagel Loaf and Chive Parmesan With Black Pepper sound especially tempting, no?), homemade jams, superfood granolas (!), brownies, and cakes. Orders are to be placed by Wednesday at 5PM latest and picked up on Friday afternoon at her charming home in East Hampton.
