Obviously it's beyond time you shook things up. And what better way to spice up your evening than by adding a sophisticated sip into the mix?
Ina Garten's Blood Orange Cosmos are just the answer! Seriously, this cocktail is as delicious as it is shockingly simple to make.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 cups good vodka
1 1/2 cups blood orange juice
1 cup Cointreau
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
6 generous peels from a fresh blood orange
Combine the vodka, blood orange juice, Cointreau, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice, pour the cocktail mixture in, and shake for a full 30 seconds. Pour into chilled martini glasses, rub the rim of each glass with a blood orange peel and add as a garnish. Serve immediately.
