Crowd Pleasers

Make food people want to eat. Two of my most requested main proteins are sliced steak (I prefer NY strip or rib eye) and chicken wings. Go figure! 

For my steak I rub the meat with roasted garlic or garlic oil and some salt and pepper. Let it sit out a few hours before cooking to get it room temperature before grilling. I finish with ghee off the grill. The wings are roasted and finished with chili infused honey. I love Mike's Hot Honey from Brooklyn. You can put it on everything.
