[Photo by Tim Robinson] Drink This. In New Orleans, Tulane students frequently talk about stopping at these things called, Daq. Shack's, short for Daiquiri Shacks. These establishments are essentially like ice cream shops but instead of serving ice cream they have slushy machines filled with different varieties of pre-made frozen alcoholic daiquiri's. It is unfortunate that this trend has not caught on in the Northeast or in the Hamptons, because we can see it being a huge hit.
