    The Springs

Miss out on the fireworks on the Fourth? This Saturday evening there will be  The Great Bonac Fireworks Show on Three Mile Harbor. We've heard they are best to watch from a boat, but I bet it would still be awesome watching near a window at the Boathouse while eating a baguette and some stinky cheese.

    Shelter Island

Shelter Island has it's fair share of pétanque (a French game similar to bocce ball). Both Sunset Beach and the La Maison Blanche hotel offer the game. So grab your best jug of French wine, it's game time!

    Pierre's

Pierre's in Bridgehampton is the best place to add some French food to your diet. With a delectable menu specializing in local seafood, a French wait staff, and the most amazing French tarts, this place is for those of you who want to get real authentic this holiday.

    Almond

The popular Bridgehampton bistro is having a Bastille Day special tonight, offering a three course dinner including favorites like escargots and moules frites for $35. Oui!
