How has the Montauk crowd changed in the last decade? How has it stayed the same?
In a lot of ways, I don't think Montauk has changed as much as society (people) evolved into a Montauk state of mind. The fishermen are still here, the locals are still here, the people that came here 10 to 20 years ago on holiday still come back. I do think a younger demographic had an awakening and realized the beach life and the beauty of Montauk was a much better fit to their lifestyle.
