Jarlath Mellett In Amagansett Holds First Ever New York Vintage Trunk Show

Who doesn't love some good vintage and a party? New York Vintage held a private cocktail party last Friday night at the Jarlath Mellett interior design shop in Amagansett. Jarlath and New York Vintage owner Shannon Hoey teamed up to curate the trunk show collection that  recently went on sale to the public. But first, they had to party of course! The event was hosted by GoldBar and Surf Lodge owner Jayma Cardoso, as it was New York Vintage's first ever trunk show.

The iconic shop is one to know, and know well if you consider yourself a potential fashion icon, as it frequently carries big name designers YSL, Chanel and Valentino and more and been known to dress the classy Michelle Obama and New York's trendy and chic Sarah Jessica Parker. Hamptons vintage lovers were not unaware of this store's style reputation and exclusive party, as Jarlath Mellett welcomed a nice crowd to check out the boutique's exclusive vintage fashions. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the Red Cross to support their efforts in Somalia. A good night of vintage for a good cause helped Friday night's success carry throughout the entire August weekend at Jarlath Mellett.
